Our Commitment to Transparency
Last Updated: January 19, 2026
At Heal Wisely, we believe that honesty is the only way to build a community. In the spirit of full transparency, and in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines, we want to be crystal clear about how this website is funded.
1. What is an Affiliate Link?
Many (but not all) of the links on HealWisely.com are "affiliate links." This means that if you click on a link and purchase an item, we may receive a small affiliate commission.
Important: There is no additional cost to you. The price remains the same whether you use our link or not. The commission is paid entirely by the retailer as a "thank you" for the referral.
2. Our "Health-First" Vetting Process
Because we operate in the health and wellness space, we hold ourselves to a higher standard than a typical review site. We do not accept money to write positive reviews.
We only recommend products or services that:
- We have personally used or thoroughly researched.
- Are backed by science or strong clinical evidence.
- Come from reputable companies with clean ingredient profiles.
If a product is popular but low-quality, we will tell you. Our loyalty is to your health, not to any brand.
3. Amazon Associates Disclosure
HealWisely.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
4. Other Affiliate Programs
In addition to Amazon, we participate in various other affiliate programs (such as ShareASale, ClickBank, and direct brand partnerships). This allows us to recommend the best tools and supplements regardless of where they are sold.
5. Sponsored Content
Occasionally, we may publish sponsored content. If a post is sponsored by a brand, it will be clearly marked as "Sponsored" at the very top of the article. However, even in sponsored content, we retain full editorial control and will never claim a product is effective if the evidence suggests otherwise.
